In celebration of World Industrial Design Day (2013), CNN featured the top 12 most iconic designs from the past 100 years. Herman Miller's Aeron chair made the list! "George McCain, chairman of the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) opted for the Aeron Chair. The design classic by Herman Miller "has become ubiquitous in all 'hip' offices," says McCain. "It instigated a sea change in office seating away from heavy, uncomfortable, ergonomically challenged and environmentally unfriendly chairs."

The Embody chair has been recognized with the International Interior Design award in the Best Workplace Seating category from FX magazine, a leading design publication based in the United Kingdom. The awards were judged by an international panel of distinguished experts from the industry, including designers, ergonomists, and senior architects. Judges admired Embody for its "indisputable comfort and health benefits" and "distinctive design." Embody is a high performance, ergonomic task chair designed by Jeff Weber and the late Bill Stumpf.
